The 4 ounce bottle will have approx 4/10mg of CBD per drop. The 8 ounce bottle will have approx 1mg of CBD per drop. These numbers are just for CBD; of course you will also be getting all the other natural plant compounds. The manufacturer suggests a flat rate amount per serving for everyone. You can choose to either take the flat rate amount listed below or determine the number of mg of CBD you want to take and consume the number of drops that will give you that number.
