What is 10-Oxo-Δ6a(10a)-tetrahydrocannabinol (OTHC)?
While there is some data about 10-Oxo-Δ6a(10a)-tetrahydrocannabinol (OTHC), there is more that we don’t know than we do know about this rare cannabinoid.
OTHC is related to it’s popular cousin, Δ9 THC, and does appear to occur naturally within the cannabis plant.
How does OTHC work?
We do not know how this compound works within our bodies. It is theorized that it is mildly bioavailable, and would target the CB1 and CB2 receptors in the body. And it is also thought that the compound would have comparable health benefits to THC.
Much more research would be needed to confirm or debunk these theories.
